Little Dinghy

Hey Chuck,

How have you been? haven't written to you in a while but I've been busy tearing out my old kitchen and putting in a new one. still I thought you might be interested in some pics of a modified version of the design I submitted to the Duckworks Design competition. I scaled it down, raised the bottom and modified the sheer to make a little dinghy for my brother who lives aboard a Garden ketch in the Sausalito area. He's a boat builder by trade and he did a pretty good job building his boat in his shop. He tells me she rows well and will be sailing her in the next few days or as soon as the wind, which is pretty strong, moderates. he said she was easy as hell to build and looks great too. He's had a lot of compliments and I'm pretty psyched that someone besides me built one of my designs. What a hoot! Anyway, let me know what you think and have a great rest of the summer.
