Sometimes we get submissions that are interesting
but already posted somewhere else on the web. We also
spot sites that seem like something Duckworks readers
would want to see. These are either blogs or personal
websites or even business sites. We used to edit them
for use here but there are just too many to repost
and besides there is plenty of original material for
Duckworks. So we decided to start a monthly page dedicated
to these websites. Welcome to the first Webwatch.
If you know of a website that would be of interest

Gavin Atkin has begun a regular blog dedicated
to boating in Great Britain. Thick with
                                        history and delightful pictures, this
should be a daily stop for anyone interested
                                        in small boats.

nice. Some works of art were present as
well as some plain old wooden boats that
didn't make me feel too bad about my own
wood butchering skills. Some kind folks
even came down from Maryland (I believe)
with kite materials for the kids. After
the show we took the kites to a nearby
beach and had a grand time. We even had
free fresh clam chowder courtesy of some
                                        folks from Cedar Key.

have another opportunity to hear him speak
in person.... Yet another instance where
one is shown that life is transient and
needs to be taken a hold of right now.
