Ahoy! I started canoeing in preparation for the big race next March, the Ultimate Florida Challenge (UF2014). I took it out the other day to see if it will be up to the task and I was pleasantly surprised. It was pretty tippy when I first got in it, but after I got used to it, I found it to be very stable. I'm used to rowing, but paddling was a lot of fun. I was able to paddle a lot more than I thought I could before getting tired.
